Maya & Sofia
An intimate celebration overlooking the Libyan Sea

Sofia grew up two hours from the terrace where she married Maya. The brief was quiet and precise: only the people who truly matter, and nothing that felt borrowed from someone else's wedding.
The setting
A private house on a cypress-lined slope above the Libyan Sea, taken over entirely for five days so that the whole party lived together.
The day
A ceremony for thirty-four on the terrace at golden hour, Sofia's grandmother's lace on the table rather than in a dress, and a dinner cooked by a chef she has known since childhood.
The detail we remember
No speeches. Instead, each guest wrote a single sentence, and the couple read them together the next morning over coffee.

“It felt like our home, only better. Nothing was performed. Everything was ours.”
