When you complete The Wedding Story or send us a note, we collect the details you choose to give us: your names, where you are writing from, your answers about your relationship and your celebration, your preferred date and budget range, and your contact details.

We do not collect special category data, and we never ask for payment details through this website.

We use your information for one purpose: to understand your wedding, reply to you personally, and prepare ideas and proposals for your celebration in Crete.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.

Your enquiry is read by the Just Moments 4U planning team. Where a supplier needs specific details in order to quote or deliver part of your wedding, we share only what is necessary.

Our website and enquiry records are hosted by service providers acting on our instructions.

We keep enquiries for up to three years so that we can pick a conversation back up, and completed wedding records for as long as we need them for legal and accounting purposes.

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@justmoments4u.com and we will respond within one month.
